Who we are
The Volt Media ("we," "us," "our") is a content and marketing agency serving Manufacturing, Automation Industries, Engineering OEMs, Industry 4.0 Tech and EV/renewable Energy companies. These terms apply to our website [thevoltmedia.com] and any services you purchase from us.

Our services
When you engage us for a project or program (whether that's the Growth Program, a Project-Based Service, or a custom package), the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price will be confirmed separately — usually through a proposal, agreement, or invoice. These Terms & Conditions apply alongside that agreement, not instead of it.
Payment: Your specific proposal or invoice will specify the conditions of payment. Work may be put on hold until late payments are made.
Turnaround times: Timelines given for individual services are estimates based on typical projects and normal cooperation from your side — they can shift if we're waiting on information, approvals, or feedback from you.
Revisions: Most services include a reasonable number of revisions, which will be specified in your proposal. Requests that go significantly beyond the original scope may require additional time or cost, which we'll always discuss with you first.
Ownership of work
What you own: Unless otherwise specified in writing, you own the final deliverables (articles, case study, videos, website copy, designs, etc.) once full payment is made
What we own: Unless you expressly request otherwise (for instance, if your project includes sensitive or confidential information), we are free to display finished work in our own portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials.
Third-party assets and tools: Certain projects may make use of platforms with their own license conditions, fonts, stock assets, or third-party tools.
We'll flag anything relevant so there are no surprises.
Confidentiality
We consider any information you provide us to be confidential and we won't disclose it with anybody outside of our team or third party working on your project without your consent. This includes anything that is not publicly available, such as customer information, technical specifications, business details etc.
If required, kindly request for a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), before disclosing sensitive material.
Cancellations
For ongoing programs: Either party can end the engagement with written notice, as outlined in your specific agreement. Work already completed will be billed accordingly.
For project-based services: Once work has started on a specific deliverable, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund, depending on how much progress has been made. Details will be specified at the time of booking.
No guarantees on results
We work hard to deliver strong, effective content and marketing — and we're upfront about what's realistic. That said, marketing results (traffic, leads, rankings, sales) depend on many factors outside our direct control, including your market, your sales process, and how content is used after delivery. We don't guarantee specific results, and any projections we share are estimates, not promises.
